In March of 2015, my girlfriend Tracy and I spent a week in the Caribbean. We split our stay between The Hilton Barbados Resort at Needham's Point, St. Michael, Barbados and Palm Island Resort in the Grenadines.

While in Barbados, we had dinner at Brown Sugar (near Needham's Point), Tapas (in Christ Church, along the south coast boardwalk), and L'Acajou (at the Sandy Lane Hotel).
